HOW TO REQUEST A EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

In Case of Withdrawal The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 days from the receipt of the product.

In Case of Defective Product The consumer can complain about defects within 30 days for non-durable products and within 90 days for durable products.

Rules for Exchange and Return

To request an exchange or return, it is essential to observe the following rules:

  • All items in the return request must be sent by the customer.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must not show signs of use.
  • All tags must be intact.
  • The product must be sent along with the invoice, manuals, and accessories.
  • Items that are on sale do not have the right to exchange or return.

If the rules are not followed, the items in the return request will be sent back to the customer.

Return Procedures

To return the product, remember:

  • Go to a designated or franchised post office, bringing the Authorization Code and the product for posting.
  • The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, wrapped in brown paper, and accompanied by the tags, manuals, accessories, and invoice that were delivered with it.
  • In case of return due to withdrawal, Exfak is not responsible for collection and shipping costs for the return of the product. The customer is responsible for delivering the product to the post office or carrier.

Analysis and Refund

Once the product is received at our Distribution Center, a quality analysis will be conducted, which may take up to 5 business days. If all requirements of the Return Rules are met, the product will be forwarded for refund or exchange.

The refund will be processed according to the payment method used for the purchase or through a store credit, and will only be issued if all return rules are fulfilled.

Important!

  • The request for return of defective products must be made within 30 calendar days after receipt of the order. Returns of products showing signs of misuse will not be accepted.
  • The request for return of products received with damaged packaging or damaged product must be made within 48 hours from receipt.
